Thanks for visiting my page. I'm really glad you're here. My style is a little moody and warm. I love playing with shadows and finding artistic ways to shoot, so if you're here for that bright & airy style, I'm afraid you've stumbled into the wrong place. I identify as a documentary photographer, so there aren't many times when I'll ask you to look directly at me (except for right now, if you're thinking about booking ;)).
If you're looking for a photographer who:
- loves working with couples who are a little different...
- thinks outside of the box...
- is willing to try new things (like standing on ladders to get the perfect shot)...
- runs purely on vibes, opportunity, and Diet Coke...
- is maybe a little weird and eccentric...

My approach
This ain't your 1999 Sears photoshoot (but we can do one if you want). I believe in taking real photos. Your hair was a mess because your partner attacked you with kisses? Love it. Your kid got a little dirty while playing outside before your shoot? EVEN BETTER. The laughs, the silly faces- I love bringing the raw and real moments into the light. They're not imperfections, they're who we really are. They're the proof that we're human and they deserve to be seen just as much, if not more, as a neat, perfect smile does! Candid, only-slightly prompted moments are my favorite. After all, your photo album should be a time machine, not a catalogue.
